Diet to lose weight: Fat Burning Diet
A diet to lose 1 kilo a day burning fat.
Burning Diet Fat can be used as often as you want, and if you follow correctly, fat burning soup cleanse your immune system and make you feel better.
Recipe fat burning soup:
6 large onions
2 green peppers
1 bunch of celery
1 can whole peeled tomatoes (6 tomatoes)
1 cube of chicken stock If you want you can add to the soup Burn Fat, salt, pepper, curry or chutney. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and put them in a large pot with tomatoes and chicken bouillon. Boil everything for 10 minutes low heat until vegetables are tender.
Menu of the week fat burning diet
Eat only the fat burning soup and fresh fruit except bananas; melon and watermelon are recommended because they are low calorie fruits.
Remember, it takes only fresh juices, tea, coffee without sugar and water. Day Two
This day eats only vegetables. Do not eat fruit.
Eat fresh vegetables, canned, steamed or raw. If they are cooked, it with broth soup burning fat. Do not put them butter or oil.
Try to eat green leafy vegetables. Do not eat beans or lentils
Eat vegetables along with fat burning soup.
At night rewards you with a big baked potato with a little butter or olive oil.
This day is the combination of the two, all day fruits and vegetables, except bananas.
At night do not add the potato.
Eat only the fat burning soup, bananas and skim milk.
Come up to 3 bananas and 2 glasses of skim milk and many glasses of water as you want.
Bananas on this day, are to help you not to fall into the temptation of sweets.
Today meat is eaten.
You can eat up to half a kilo of lean meat (the pole without the skin) and up to 5 fresh tomatoes.
You have to take 5 to 8 glasses of water to flush uric acid which gives the meat.
Take the fat burning soup at least 1 time on this day.
Today is a day of vegetables and meat. Eat until you fill of vegetables and meat.
If you want you can eat a good steak for breakfast, lunch and food. Eat lots of salad with meat, but no potato.
Be sure to eat the fat burning soup at least 1 time per day.
Today to end the week, eat brown rice, fresh fruit juices and vegetables. Fill yourself again. Remember the fat burning soup at least 1 time per day.
