150 g. boiled fish
1 yogurt.
Tuesday
Breakfast:
orange juice
2 slices of toast with butter or honey. Food:
apple salad
150 g. grilled chicken
1 fruit.
Dinner:
100 g. Ham
baked eggplant and pepper
1 fruit.
Wednesday
Breakfast:
tea or coffee
2 slices of toast with butter and jam light. Food:
carrots and watercress salad
rice with vegetables
40 g. Parmesan
1 fruit.
Dinner:
vegetable puree
garlic tortilla
1 fruit.
Thursday
Breakfast:
orange juice
2 small buns integrals. Food:
salad of cooked lentils
tomato and capers and gherkins
steak grilled fish
fruit salad.
Dinner:
1 potato cooked vegetables
100 g. Baked cod with vegetables

Breakfast:
coffee or tea
2 slices wholemeal bread with butter or light margarine. Food:
salad with tomatoes
low fat cheese and onion
150 g. grilled turkey
1 fruit.
Dinner:
salad buds

150 g. grilled fish
1 fruit.
Saturday
Breakfast:
tea or coffee
2 whole-grain toast with butter or light margarine or honey. Food:
artichokes baked
grilled veal with vegetables
1 fruit.
Dinner:
courgette puree
2 hard boiled eggs
1 can tuna
1 yogurt.
Sunday
Breakfast:
coffee or tea
orange juice
2 small buns integrals. Food:
vegetables baked or papillote
meat with mushrooms
1 custard.
Dinner:
white asparagus with mayonnaise light
spinach tortilla
1 low fat yogurt.
