200 gr. Salad of lettuce, onion, tomato and cucumber, braised with a teaspoon of oil, vinegar and salt. 150 gr. grilled chicken or grilled or 1 fillet of lean beef 120 gr. approximately.
Dinner:
150 gr. clarita noodle soup. 150 gr. hake cooked. 100 gr. roasted peppers or cooked vegetables or 1 tomato prepared in any way. 200 gr. fruit.
Tuesday
Breakfast:
Like the day before.
Food:
150 gr. of green beans with tomato, or seasoned with a little oil. 150 gr. roast beef steak with 50 gr. endive, grilled or prepared. 150 gr. fresh fruit.
Dinner:
A boiled egg. 200 gr. baked whiting, hake or 150 or griddle cooked in its own juices. 125 gr. rice pudding.
Wednesday
Breakfast:
Like previous days.
Food:
200 gr. of mixed vegetables. 150 gr. beef steak grilled with 100 gr. mashed potatoes and grilled tomatoes, may be replaced by an omelette 1 egg. 150 gr. fruit (can be replaced by a yogurt with saccharin).
Dinner:
150 gr. soup pasta. 150 gr. tomato sliced crude salt. Can be replaced by a boiled egg.
150 gr. hake in green sauce (very lightly saute with sauce).
150 gr. fresh fruit.
Thursday
Breakfast:
As in previous days.
Food:
200 gr. Salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, asparagus and onions, sautéed with a few drops of oil and vinegar. 200 gr. Paella with meat or seafood. 25 gr. bread. 50 gr. Burgos cheese.
Dinner:
150 gr. artichokes sauteed with 25 gr. prosciutto.
150 gr. grilled grouper, I sautéed with lemon juice.
150 gr. fresh fruit.
Friday
Breakfast:
Like the other day.
Food:
200 gr. of vegetable stew or panaché You sautéed with a few drops of oil. 150 gr. bream baked with 50 gr. baked potato (can be replaced by 150 gr. of lamb chops, or 150g of any white fish cooked on the grill and juice). 100 gr. fresh fruit.
Dinner:
Omelette two eggs.
150 gr. garlic cauliflower or green beans seasoned with a little oil, or 2 tomatoes flavored with salt, or sauteed spinach with garlic.
100 gr. custard.
Saturday
Breakfast:
Like previous days.
Food:
150 gr. Italian macaroni. 150 gr. beef liver / beef roast with 100 gr. endive. 150 gr. fresh fruit.
Dinner:
A scrambled egg with 150 gr. tomato, or 100 gr. spinach.
200 gr. breaded hake. 150 gr. fresh fruit.
