Diet recommendations of the Air Force
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day (at least 2 liters a day but never during meals).
- Feel free to season your salads with vinegar, lemon, soy sauce or mustard.
- Use saccharin or artificial sweetener.
- If you feel hungry, you may consume a piece of fruit. Only do this after you wait a minimum of 2 hours after your last meal.
Weekly Menu Diet of the Soviet Air Force
Monday
Breakfast: black coffee with saccharin and 1 slice of bread.
Lunch: 2 eggs and 1 tomato.
Dinner: 200 grams of red meat and hearty green salad.
Tuesday
Breakfast: black coffee with saccharin and toasted bread.
Lunch: 200 grams of red meat and hearty green salad.
Dinner: 200 grams of ham and 1 skimmed yogurt.
Wednesday
Breakfast: black coffee with saccharin and 1 slice of bread.
Lunch: hearty green salad, 2 tomatoes and 1 orange.
Dinner: 150 grams of ham, fruit salad and 2 eggs.
Thursday
Breakfast: coffee with saccharin and 1 slice of bread.
Lunch: 200 grams of Gruyere cheese, 1 egg and 1 carrot.
Dinner: fruit salad and 1 skimmed yogurt.
Friday
Breakfast: 200 grams of ham, 1 cup grated carrot.
Lunch: 250 grams of baked fish and 2 tomatoes
Dinner: 300 grams of red meat.
Saturday
Breakfast: coffee with saccharin and toasted bread.
Lunch: 250 grams of boiled chicken, 1 citrus.
Dinner: 2 eggs and 1 cup grated carrot.
Sunday
Breakfast: coffee with saccharin and 1 whole wheat toast.
Lunch: 200 grams of red meat and 1 fruit citrus (grapefruit, lemon …)
Dinner: whatever you want, but in moderation.
