Low calorie diet: The diet of 900 calories day

An effective diet with a little effort.

The items stated are generic in the Diet of 900 calories a day, since choice of food is allowed as long as they abide by the instructions supplied. BREAKFAST:
• Coffee or tea without sugar.
• Skim Milk 150 ml. or 1 yogurt without sugar.
• Pan 30 gr. or 2 biscuits.
• 1 egg or 40 gr. Ham scouring. LUNCH:
• Natural Salad: Free, seasoned with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil.
• Meat 150 gr. or Fish (200 gr.)
• 1 unsweetened yogurt (liquid saccharin may be used).
• 2 pieces of fruit.

DINNER:
• Natural Salad: Free, seasoned with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil.
• Fish (200 gr.) Or meat (150 gr.)
• Green Vegetables 200 gr.
• Cheese with very little fat (less 25%) in amount of 150 gr.

HINT:
ALL DAY TO ALLOW AN AVERAGE CONSUMER:
• 5 gr. oil.
• Meats, no matter what type they are, provided they belong to lean and lean meats.
• Fish can be blue, must be consumed if only three times a week. With white fish, there is no problem or limitation (except to the amounts shown).
