Friday

Lunch: grilled white and green salad at will fish. 1/2 grapefruit. Coffee or tea without sugar.
Dinner: Steak with fennel, a tomato and celery.

Saturday

Breakfast: Coffee or tea without sugar toast. 1/2 grapefruit.
Lunch: A quarter of grilled chicken and green salad at will. Coffee or tea without sugar.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs and grated carrots with lemon.

Sunday

Breakfast: tea without sugar only. 1/2 grapefruit and 2 boiled eggs.
Lunch: 200 grams of leg of lamb grilled and an orange.
Dinner: What you want, but in moderation.
