Principles Macrobiotic Diet

The macrobiotic diet consists of a series of 10 diets ranging from less than three (-3) over seven (+7).
The first five (-3 to +2) include decreasing amounts of animal foods.
The others are exclusively vegetarian and contain increasing amounts of grains of wheat. 7 diet consists only of cereals. The purpose of the macrobiotic diet is threefold:

Eating the macrobiotic diet
